Competence of our technicians
Our technicians are among the best in the industry. It begins at hiring - we prescreen applicants with background checks, drug testing, aptitude tests, electrical code knowledge, even personality tests to make sure we have people who have the right stuff for working in your home.

But we don’t stop there. We send our technicians to the factory of our equipment manufacturers to insure they know the latest technology and repair techniques. We run evening classes to encourage professional development and continuing education of our technicians. And all of this is backed up by weekly training sessions emphasizing specific technologies or customer service training to best meet the needs of our customers.

Respect for your home
We realize we are walking into your castle, your inner sanctum, your home. You can expect us to treat your home with the care it deserves. From the moment we arrive, we put you first. We park our truck so it doesn’t block your car. We wear booties so we don’t drag in gunk from the street. We use drop cloths and plastic sheeting to capture the dust we kick up. And we clean up the mess we do make. It’s your home not a construction site – have it treated that way!

Convenience
We all live busy lives and who has time to wait for a technician? We offer early morning and evening appointments and can schedule work for Saturday’s too. We come when you need us and offer emergency service for our customers.

We hate being late and strive to be on time all the time. The reality is this isn’t always possible – appointments run long, people get lost, and roads are closed or blocked. We haven’t figured out how to on-time 100% of the time – yet – but we do promise you this: If we are running late, you will get a call from us in advance letting you know and working with you on what to do next.

Pricing:
We give you an up-front price before the work begins. There is no wondering about how fast the technician is working, if you got a slow one, what happens if the job runs long, when does the clock start. None of it. The price at the end of the job is the same as what we quoted at the beginning. No surprises.

People:
We know that communication is critical in this business. You need to be able to get us when you what and get people who understand your needs. You want to talk to somebody who can help you now (or write, if you prefer email). During the day, we have our own well trained staff answer the telephone, ready to assist you. We are not big enough to cover after hour calls with our own folks but you will get an answering service with real people. Tell them it is an emergency and you will get a call back within minutes from one of our staff.

A word on mistakes
No body likes them and we work hard to prevent them in the first place. But they do happen, even to us. If they do, we will work to resolve them to your satisfaction by anyway we can. We live by the Golden Rule – we treat you like we want to be treated ourselves. But without something to back it up, these are just nice word. So consider this guarantee:

“If you aren’t completely satisfied with the work we performed for you – tell us. We will make it right or you don’t have to pay.”
