Gary’s Landscape and Design, established in 1979, is the collaboration of Gary and Andrea Steinberg, and associates. We specialize in residential landscape design and construction of vivid gardens with four-season interest. Beauty, functionality, low maintenance, and value are hallmarks of our work. Our designs are customized to the client’s taste and life-style requirements, and grounded in classic aesthetics and twenty-nine years’ experience in the field.

Andrea holds a degree in Graphic Design from the Tyler School of Art. An accomplished garden photographer and designer for thirty years, she believes in an integrated approach to landscape design--one that combines form, function, and beauty.

Gary is a self-taught horticulturist, with 30 years experience in the field. He brings a proven method to help clients find and express their own garden style, and a laser-like eye for detail.

Since 1984, the couple has also operated a wholesale catalog of hardy plants, making a market in groundcovers and perennials from the Delaware Valley to the Mississippi River. From that experience, they have become expert in the ways and whereabouts of the most garden-worthy plants.
