Lou's Electric was established in 1946 by our founder, Louis J. Giacomozzi, and operated under his direction until 1979 in the areas of Electrical Construction, Refigeration and Heating & Air Conditioning. During that time the company established a reputation of reliability in both performance and on time delivery, which it continues to build on today.

In 1979 the reins were taken over by Louis P. Giacomozzi and the operation was taken to the next level along with new ideas on how to remain competitive in an increasingly difficult market. The areas dealing with work other than Electrical were cut back and a major effort was put forth to gain a larger market share in the organizations main area of endeavor. Our philosophy at the time, and today, was to maintain the reputation created by our founder while continuing to increase our volume through targeting our market and tightening our percentages. We firmly believe in the need of repeat business from our customers and the fact that their perception of our company continues to broaden our customer base because of their recommendation of our company to others.

The ideas and philosophy established then have worked well as Lou's Electric presently has a customer base that is the envy of others and has maintained this base for a number of years.
