Northampton Nursery, LLC was started in 1980 as a family business. In the beginning, working part time out of a garage the company grew to be a small garden center and has evolved into one of the Delaware Valley's leading landscape/hardscape design and installation firms.

Today, Northampton is run by the second generation of the family: John Gable, Bill Horan, and Rob Fluehr. Having grown up working in the family business and learning from the bottom up, John, upon graduation from college, went to work in the corporate world. When he returned, he brought back lots of acquired business knowledge with him, joined his cousin Bill, and brother-in-law Rob, with their individual experience in other building trades to mix the best of all worlds.

"Our clients' goals are our goals," says John. We want what you want. Our job is to take the picture in your head, your dream, and turn it into reality."

It's this personal attention to detail and focus on their client's wishes that sets Northampton apart from the competition. "We've begun offering clients a great maintenance-free program that goes a long way toward creating an outdoor living space, where the clients main responsibility is to enjoy their time and family John says. We'll stop by a clients property once a month and do what needs to be done to their landscape beds; be it weeding, a little trimming, or just sprucing things up a little, we'll keep things looking fresh, so that all that our clients have to do is enjoy the investment they've made in their property. Based on our many years in the business, we know our approach is superior to our competitors', and so do our many repeat clients."
